Steven brings deep institutional investment experience to the firm with broad responsibility for overseeing our investment program. He leads manager sourcing and due diligence, market research, and ongoing performance evaluation across asset classes. He joins us from the University of Oklahoma's endowment investment office, where he served as an Investment Director and played a key role in manager selection, asset allocation, and strategic investment decisions. Prior to that, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at Windancer Holdings, the investment office established by Larry Connor of The Connor Group, where he focused on research and manager diligence across public and private markets. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Gerber Taylor, including Head of Non-Discretionary Research and Investment Analyst, where he led research efforts and developed tailored investment recommendations for institutional clients. Steven graduated from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee with a BS in Finance and Accounting and is a CFA charterholder.
